A short distance from the beaches of Lake Garda, the Resort del Lago, in Desenzano del Garda, consists of 7
spacious, designer and fully equipped apartments. Each apartment has private outdoor spaces, gardens or
terraces. Here you will find environments with attention to detail, comfort, privacy and tranquility
A lovely swimming pool with hydromassage area as well as various accommodation solutions that adapt to
everyone's needs. Located just 10 minutes walk from the center of Rivoltella del Garda and a few minutes
drive from the characteristic historic center of Desenzano del Garda, the Resort del lago boasts a strategic
and ideal position to reach all the beauties of the area: Sirmione and Peschiera del Garda. Garda, villages and
historical places in the hinterland such as the Tower of San Martino della Battaglia surrounded by the Lugana
vineyards, the village of Castellaro Lagusello, as well as the timeless art cities of Brescia, Verona, Mantua,
Venice and Milan. All the apartments are welcoming and furnished with style, modern and design, spacious
and with exclusive services. The two-room apartments: perfect to accommodate up to 2 people (possibility
of a 3rd / 4th bed in the Sirmione apartment only)
The three-room apartments: of different types, with sloping ceilings, or with private whirlpool tub, large for
larger families. ideal to accommodate up to 4 people. (Possibility of 5th / 6th bed). Laundry room with coinoperated
washing machine and dryer. Small room equipped with tapis-roulant, cyclette, elliptical.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Bed linen and towels, water and electricity consumption, fast wifi,
independent air conditioning or heating, final cleaning, internal parking (subject to availability). It is however
possible to park the car outside the Resort for free.
